Ironworks

The 70 staff of the Ironworks department has a 3.500 square meter size workshop equipped with machines and specialized materials (folding machine, shears, ticket-punchers, pointing welders, compressed-air equipment, standardized scaffoldings, cutting and shaping machines). This space is shared between iron, aluminium and specialized metal joinery workshops and the sanding and semi painting industrial units as well as the permanent stock of steel and aluminium shapings, metal sheets and glazings.

Coordinated by a study office equipped by DAO software and a quality and scheduling correspondent, this department is taking care of the following works:

• Conception, manufacture and installation of ironworks art (grids, portals, door panels, balustrades, signs, balconies, ornament, greenhouses, rails…)
• Conception, manufacture and installation of locksmith works (armors, cabinet and safe, closings mechanisms, rolling shutters)
• Conception, manufacture and metallic furniture installation (offices, cabinets, chairs, armchairs, beds…)
• Specialized metal Works (aluminium, steel, brass)
• Conception, manufacture, joineries and aluminium structures installation (walls curtains, doors, windows, frame, bays, technical floors…)

The Ironworks department completed the following:

• Spitting and reckoning of the frontage structures and various components of the frontage curtain walls designing: wind effect, dilation, glazier dimensioning, thermal shocks, thermal switches effects (according to European standards)
• Manufacture and laying of 6 800 m2 frontage curtain walls.

Complete rehabilitation of Ambohitsirohitra's Presidential Palace wintergarden

The Ironworks department completed the following works:

• Rectification, manufacture and/or welding of the ironwork
• Sanding and painting
• Repair of the roof
• Replacement of the glazings

• Conception, manufacture, installation of aluminium joineries, shutters, rolling, metallic doors and accessories of the residence SIDI Ivandry and of the BFV Société-Générale headquarter in Antananarivo.
• Conception, manufacture and installation of the monumental entrance doors of the Presidential Palace at Iavoloha.
• Conception, manufacture and installation of high security safes and doors for the Central Bank of Antananarivo as well as for the private banks BOA, BNI Madagascar, BFV Société-Génerale and BMOI BNP Paribas as well as for many other private individuals.
• Metal work and aluminium joinery for TOTAL and Galana gas stations
• Manufacture of Medical furniture and countryside facilities for the Ministry of Health.
• Manufacture and installation of modular compartment offices at TOTAL, BNI Madagascar and BFV Société-Génerale, FITARATRA building SIMAD Ankorondrano.
